IRT Wiseman: You pretty much covered everything...hm...how about religious debate stuff? People might find that offensive. Just a suggestion though. ^_^
My sig should be fine. =D It's very short and simple.

Well, I don't know if marking that many things would change much, to improve, that is. Reality is, we don't get many new members very often, and those that are new either disappear in a day or two if they don't like this place, or stick around for months if they do. I'd consider everyone here to be on friendly terms, and I doubt anyone that I know would be specifically offended if I expressed my belief on a topic (such as a religious one). If anyone DID feel offended that we knew of, then sure, we can start marking things like that so they don't have to read it, but of the 15 or so people (I think) that regular here, I doubt anyone really minds. In a board that gets a constant flow of members, sure, make "theoretical" rules for someone who MIGHT come in and MIGHT get offended, but hey, we don't get that many new people, so unless someone is specifically complaining, I don't feel the need to add any new rules to the system.

I've finished the proposal for the new revision of the Granaboard Rules & Regulations, which covers the following:
<ul type="square">[*]Rule 1.1.2 (rate of contents rule): Clarified.[*]Rule 1.3.5 (no discrimination rule): Clarified racism status.[*]Rule 1.3.8 (no bizarre stuff rule), rule 2.2.9.A (adult contents allowed for fanfics and articles) and rule 3.2.7 (adult contents allowed in fanart): Explicitly say rape is not allowed whatsoever, and will be severely punished in the message board.[*]Rule 1.3.10 (no terrorism rule): Extended to organizations supporting or helping terrorist groups with their actions, or having similar claims and objectives; as well as some pro-independence organizations. (This was intentionally done to cover some pro-independence political parties in Spain, just in case. It also covers similar parties in other countries.)[*]Rule 1.3.12 (no spoilers rule): Made mandatory to specify which media item(s) the spoiler refers to.[*]New rule 1.3.21 (no sects rule): New rule against sects such as the Jeohvah Witnesses[*]New rule 1.3.22 (adult mark rule): New rule which makes the identification of adult contents mandatory.[*]Rule 2.2.10 (content restriction rule for texts) and rule 3.2.8 (content restriction rule for fanart): Updated to include new rule 1.3.21.[*]Minor fixes (not altering the rules meanings).
As rule 1.2.22 says, the recommended audience is required, as well as the words "YAOI" or "YURI". This means if I'm posting something hentai about Elena and Millenia, I would mark it with something like: "***ADULT CONTENTS [YURI]***".
What do you think? Is that ok with you?

What about shoujo-ai/shounen-ai, which are pics of say two (Fully clothed) girls (or guys for shounen-ai) hugging or kissing, we gotta mark that?

No, I don't think that's necessary. Same for just saying things like, for example, er... "What if Ryudo, Elena and Millenia had a three way relationship? =)))" .
It's not mature contents (I wouldn't qualify it as even NR-13), and it's something that hardly will seriously offend anybody.
Even so, you are free to make a "courtesy mark" telling about the Shounen/Shoujo Ai contents.

It is okay, at least, the using of "Yaoi/Yuri" marks will avoid "ugly" surprises to viewers... though, they should be followed by the "NR-18" signal, if the case applies.
